      Due to high international shipping costs, products do not need to be sent back. Refunds or replacements will be handled accordingly.


3. Refund Policy for Orders in Transit

To ensure efficient order processing and smooth international shipping, the following rules apply to orders that are in transit or about to be shipped:

    1. Within 24 hours of placing an order
        • If you request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, we can attempt to intercept the shipment before it is dispatched.

        • Once intercepted, you will receive a full refund.

        • Application process: please email us with your order number and refund request.

    1. Orders placed more than 24 hours ago or already shipped
        • If the order has been placed for more than 24 hours or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

        • Please double-check your order details before placing an order to ensure accuracy.

    1. Product issues or wrong items during transit
        • If the product has quality issues or is incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will handle it according to the product issue refund/replacement policy.
